Tiffany's first cookbook features food truck recipes, histories and beautiful photography from Austin's trailer food vendors. Volume 1 arrived in stores in October of 2011 and Volume 2 joined the library in October of 2012 with a completely new set of recipes from food trailers in her home town. She expanded into Portland, Oregon with a first Volume in that city debuting in March of 2013.

She is currently working on: Dallas/Fort Worth V1, Houston V1, Austin V3, and anticipates an annual edition in each city she features. Stay tuned for more Trailer Food Diaries Cookbooks in the following expected cities:
